I always had a strong interest in studying the overall health of the body, mind, and soul. In 2003, I moved from Campbellton, NB to Ottawa, ON to study psychology and in September 2013 moved to , ON. For the past 8 years yoga has been my greatest support in life, allowing me to step out of my head and on to my mat. Focusing on the breath has allowed me to realize habitual patterns, such as holding stress in the body and the mind, and how to release the tension I carry from day to day.
With a natural desire to help, and a new desire to cultivate awareness, I completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (2008), Yin Yoga (2009) and Power yoga (2011). I have been teaching ever since.
I love to write, draw, take care of my plants, grow things, anything DIY, cooking and everything related to living a healthy lifestyle. I continue to learn through my personal practice and I am currently studying life.
I believe that yoga allows you to challenge yourself, expand your limits on life and I also strongly believe yoga is for everyone.
