I started practicing in 2006, experiencing various types of yoga, and adopted the Yoga Style Paris concept and vision.
I really connected with the method proposed, based on health, respect of the body and focusing first on anatomy. Not every ones anatomy, morphology is the same as a 60 years old yogi from India that has practiced since early age. At Yoga Style, we propose yoga for health by experimenting yourself the posture, the alignment with the body you have, your injuries, your strength and your weakness.
