Ive done yoga since I was a teanager with my Mum, but didnt really take it serious until my 40ties but I wish I had!!!
It helps me a lot in everyday life. I love teaching it and I find I never stop studying. Ive developed my own style trying to inform people more about the workings of their bodies. I also do a special chair yoga class for people with less movement and yoga for Parkinsons. From time to time we do fun workshops in the garden and at special venues
