I have a Senior Accreditation with Yoga Alliance which includes advanced studies of Anatomy, Pranayama and the Principles of Dynamic Alignment which I use as a foundation for teaching of Yoga. The intention of this approach is one of balancing body and mind, developing a strong core and expanding the breath to still the mind. I teach beginners and Ashtanga classes in classes South Manchester. I am also a direct student of one of the few living Yogic Masters of Hatha and Pranayama in the world today.
