I started practicing Yoga in 2009 and it did not take me very long to realise the many benefits that the practice brought to my life, not only to the body but also to the mind. In 2010, I trained with Les Mills and started teaching Body Balance, which helped me develop a greater understand of teaching asanas. At this point, Yoga had turned for me into a form of therapy to get over a case of anxiety and depression. Ever since, my interest and love for Yoga has never stopped growing. Later on, I took the Freestyle Fitness Yoga training in London with Jayne Nicholls and started choreographing and teaching my own Yoga classes with the aim to improve overall strength, flexibility and posture. Most recently I travelled to Rishikesh, India, where I had the privilege to learn traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation with Swami Sudhir Anand and train in the powerful practice of Ashtanga with Sidhart Sankar Arukha.
