I teach various forms of hatha yoga (dynamic flow yoga, yin yoga, pre/postnatal and therapeutics). Over the past ten years I have had the privilege to train with many great teachers from different yoga schools/traditions which has resulted in my somewhat eclectic teaching style and my fondness of exploring and integrating yoga practices with teachings on mindfulness and self-compassion in a holistic system that addresses all areas of health and being.
I started teaching in 2009 and have since then run classes, courses, workshops and retreats in Sweden, London (UK), and Spain.
