Victoria brings the passion she has for her own practice into her yoga teaching and health. Beginner or long-term enthusiast, if you’re looking to be challenged in a light-hearted environment, then hers is the class for you.
Yoga graduate of Simon Low’s Yoga Academy, and influenced by hot yoga and Ashtanga, Victoria aims to fuse a good workout and deeply restorative practice in her classes. Her focus is on core strength, proper alignment and direction of the breath so to bring balance, improved posture and new energy to the body and mind (not to mention a good old fashioned workout).
Having worked in the city as a commodities broker and in banking for over 10 years, Victoria understands the importance of exercise and proper nutrition and encourages people to find their own way of keeping happy and healthy in a world where people are short of time and lacking vitality.
Soon to be graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Victoria now also offers Nutrition Consultations as well as Food Coaching.
