I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 11. I am highly qualified (British Wheel of Yoga 500 hours, 2.5 yrs) and Anusara Elements (200 hours). I continue to train with world renowned teachers and my special areas of interest are pranayama (breath control) and chakras (energy centres). I teach vinyasa and restorative yoga. I run yoga classes, courses and workshops in Ealing. I also teach private yoga to individuals, small groups and families in Ealing and West London. I also teach retreats in beautiful locations. I teach the BWY 60 Hr Foundation course to students who wish to go on to be teachers.
