I began practicing yoga over 20 years ago when I became pregnant with my first child. Eight years ago I made a concious decision to deepen my practice and knowledge which has in turn led me to teaching.

In 2013 I completed my 200hrs RYT with Yogahaven. Since that time I have completed further training with Charlotte Martinus at Teenyoga and have developed by working with private students, local schools and running classes at various studios in the Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire area.

I now teach small group classes and private one to one sessions from home. Classes available include restorative, gentle yoga and dynamic flow. Class sizes are a amaximum of five students to ensure that I am able to give individual attention to each student.

I am a qualified Registered General Nurse who specialised in Cardio-Thoracic nursing and I am also a qualified Massage Therapist.

I am currently studying with Yogacampus at the Life Centre, Islington as a Yoga Therapist. Combining my knowledge and skills as a nurse and yoga teacher.
