Victoria is inspired to reach out and teach the love she has for this ancient Indian practice. In each class she encourages and motivates her students to enjoy their own time, be patient and accept their own individual practice.
Classes offer a very physical yoga/asana practice to help individuals build strength, flexibility and allow for full body conditioning.
An intention and focal point will be set each month helping deepen the students practice and help them gain knowledge about their body. Combining elements of Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga the sessions will help everyone get the most from their time on the mat.
The classes are open to all levels and abilities unless stated other wise.
Victoria offers adaptions, modifications and varied intensity with a gentle hands on approach in every class.
