Leah is an expert in mindfulness meditation and has a specialist interest in working with individuals suffering from mental health problems. She is trained through her work as an Assistant Psychologist with the NHS to work with individuals suffering from Depression, Anxiety and Trauma. Leah use the practice of yoga to help her students cope with emotional challenges and learn to relax their bodies and minds.
