I strongly believe that Yoga is about finding a balance between strengthening and stretching. I find solutions for my clients concerns and needs, and help them heal. Over the years I worked with various athletes (tennis players, runners… etc.), people with injuries (neck injuries, hip replacement… etc.) and people with different body pains (sciatica, fibromyalgia… etc.).
