Ruth has been practicing yoga since 2003. Ten years, a husband, a dog and two boys later, life looks a lot different, but yoga has been a refuge through all of it. Ruth brings a love of science, an understanding of chronic disease, and a determination to make yoga possible for anyone who is willing. Good health is something to which we contribute with choices around food, drink, exercise, and reactions to stress. Each positive choice we make strengthens our ability to choose positively in the future.
