I have received all of my teacher training in Asheville, NC with Lillah Schwartz's Transformation Yoga Teacher Training. I offer alignment-focused Hatha yoga instruction and specialize in classes for beginners, intermediate students and older adults. I hold certification through IAYT using yoga therapeutically to help individuals find freedom from chronic and acute pain, reduce stress, cope with anxiety and life transitions. Contact me at
