Vivienne has been teaching meditation and Yoga asana for the last 30 years. Her alignment-based Hatha classes are informed by years of study of anatomy. She also is a private therapist working in the exciting field of meridian-based fascia therapy. Her retreats and teacher trainings therefore are a unique blend of Western anatomy and the Eastern meridian system and its relationship to fascia. Her passion is training students to become Yoga teachers and her desire is to inspire a life-long connection to the practices of Yoga.

A wonderful teacher

I started learning yoga from Vivienne since 2001. She is detailed and clear in her explanation on how to do each pose correctly. She does great adjustments too, always helping me to go deeper into the pose without hurting me. She also makes the effort to know every student, asking new students their names and if they have any injuries. Her classes are fun as she injects humour and wit while she teaches. Vivienne is truly an amazing yoga teacher whom I respect deeply.
