I have been practicing yoga since I was a teenager. I have aways looked for balance in body and mind.
Yoga has been a part of my life to keep my mind and body flexible, open and calm. You see the world differently when you hang upside down for a small part of every day.
I started teaching about 4 years ago and my experiences have taken me to sea where I taught yoga privately to yacht owners around the world. Now back in Melbourne I am teaching privately, at yoga studios and am developing a new form of yoga called Massage Yoga, and regularly hold workshops around Melbourne. In the summer months I run class outdoors in St Kilda - look out for Summer Series Yoga!
I am focused on developing my skills as a yoga instructor and personal trainer, undertaking workshops regularly, practising daily, and reading and studying to expand my understanding of the body, mind and soul.
