Wednesday spent 13 years studying and practicing yoga, and the past 5 years teaching group classes and privates across the United States. Wednesday teaches a style of yoga inspired by renowned yoga master Aadil Palkhivala and was meticulously trained by Matthew Queen. This yoga style is based on safety, alignment, and precision (Iyengar-based hatha yoga). Constantly evolving, Wednesday’s classes also incorporate movements based on the most current research on the most effective and safest ways to move, strengthen and heal the body. Students will gain a personalized understanding of their own body structure so they can move safely and pain-free in their daily activities. Learning yoga this way can help students be healthy, fit, and injury free!
Besides yoga, Wednesday enjoys golfing with her husband, presenting talks to high school youth and parents about body image issues, drawing, and experimenting in the kitchen.
