Wendi Matt uses yoga to keep her busy life in balance and her mind at ease. Wendi was a dancer as a young girl, and yoga helped her reconnect with her body through movement and provided a path for healing, acceptance, and love. She is now the mother and wife with a focus on family.
Wendi completed her teacher training at Yoganize, LLC in 2012, and she is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. Her classes are physically challenging and mostly vinyasa in nature. She focuses on the connection between the body and the breath and begins every class with a meditation. Wendi hopes her students get a feeling of warmth and acceptance in her classes. She wants them to take away what they like and leave the rest behind.
