Wendy Beesley is an educator of 16 years and a passionate practitioner of yoga for 8 years. Having studied yoga with Elke Brown and receiving my 200 Hr. Registered Yoga Teacher Certification with Yoga Alliance, I am inspired to share the gifts that yoga may bring to our lives. I feel that creating space in-between daily living to relax and re-energize oneself is fundamental to a balanced life. I employ yogic techniques for the physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. I aspire through careful sequencing to guide your exploration of the asanas by infusing alignment, breath and balance; moving from the inside out and opening your body-mind to blossom with greater peace, clarity and well-being. Join me by delving in to self-inquiry and practicing yoga with lightness and humor; revealing your true self. Three classes that I offer are: Yoga for a Healthy Body, Healthy You! and Good Karma Yoga, every fourth Sunday of the month.
