Wendy Keslick

Wendy Keslick, owner, is a graduate of Temple University where she earned a Bachelor of Science specializing in Exercise Science, Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy where she received her massage certification, and the Spirit of Yoga where she completed the 200-hour teacher training program. In addition, she continues to further her studies in massage, yoga, nutrition, meditation and other modalities of health and wellness from a holistic perspective.

​She values her spiritual journey and being part of the conversation of our evolving humanity. She is passionate about organic and natural living, travel to faraway places, exploring other cultures and social justice issues.

She has completed an editorial apprenticeship at elephantjournal. In addition, as a writer she has had articles published at elephant journal, Productive Muslim, and FUTUREtakes.
