I fell in love with yoga since the first I stepped on the yoga mat, nearly 10 years ago. I became a teacher in 2006 (completing Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training Course in Poland) and since then I'm sharing my passion with others. My classes follow the Sivananda style, which includes breathing techniques (pranayama), a set of physical postures (asana) and a final relaxation with the use of visualisation techniques. As a teacher, I try to encourage my students to find their inner potential and I always adjust my classes to their individual needs and abilities.
