Through the practice of yoga, Whitney has found an ever available connection to her own creativity, sense of abundance and infinite capacity for healing and transformation. It is her sincerest wish and purpose to facilitate healing in others and guide them to the freedom and peace that already exists within. In Whitney’s Kundinyasa classes, you will experience the deeply transformational power of Kundalini yoga with the incorporation of traditional hatha vinyasa to uplift, inspire and restore.
Whitney began practicing restorative, yin yoga in 2009 and went on to complete a 200-hour Kundinyasa teacher certification in 2013, led by Adesh Kent. She extends barrels of gratitude to all of the teachers and guides who have, and continue to, illuminate her path.
