I am an enthousiastic yoga teacher, inspired by Ashtanga AND Yin yoga. As my passion is to do sports, running, cycling, swimming, soccer, my focus is to bring yoga to athletes. Yoga helps to move from WITHIN, moving on your breath. This makes creates lightness in your movements, make sport feel "effortless". Moreover of course, the yoga asana's create space into your body and mind, and reduce the chance on injuries and help to recover from sport injuries.
