My style of teaching is laid back, it's okay to have some fun. I emphasize breathing and utilizing the pelvic floor muscles. I start classes with a breathing exercise and end class with a traditional Savasana. Classes are Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini based. I teach beginning to intermediate level. I'm prenatal certified and have experience teaching families. My goal is to lead you though a physical workout that enables you to have those quiet (or sometimes loud) internal mental moments that bring you closer to your inner true self. At the same time, I'm known to get excited in class because I get really proud of my students. I'm an enthusiastic and high energy-style rather than a quiet-style instructor.
