My interest in training and nutrition began in 2011. As the years passed yoga also became an important part of my life. After immersing myself into a daily yoga practice with Yoga District, I was inspired to deepen my practice and became RYT-200 certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. As a teacher, I focus on alignment, balance, and building flexibility and strength. Personal training and Nutrition background allow me to design an ultimate program for my students. I believe that in any practice, everyone is both a teacher and a learner and so continue to seek out experiences that deepen my own practice and enhance what I can bring to a student.
