I firmly believe in the importance of exercising the body from the inside out. This is what drew me to yoga over 7 years ago.
With a background in dance, I am comfortable with the movement and focus on alignment associated with yoga but I am drawn to the inner awareness and spirituality brought about in practice. I love to incorporate music, gentle touch and deep relaxation in my classes. I teach Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga as well as Gentle, Prenatal and Baby and Me Yoga. When not teaching yoga classes, I love caring for my family, playing guitar and cooking healthy meals.
