Yiouli Liountri

Hello! I am Yiouli! I was born in Athens with a passion to travel and interacting with other people.
I am a Certified Yoga Instructor by Yoga Alliance USA, I have successfully completed education on Hatha YOga in Lotus academy, yoga swings training by Gravotonics and Rocket Yoga Teacher Training with Amber Gean leading to certification by Yogaah Cincinnatti USA.

I am also a certified by Nuad Bo-Rarn Thai massage school 1st level thai massage therapiste.

As far as my academic studies are concerned I have a university degree in International and European Studies By University of Piraeus.
I teach in greek and english but i also speak french and a little italian.

For 18 years I have been practicing all types of yoga next to great teachers, I have attended many seminars and courses so yoga and meditation has become my passion that I would like to share with you.

In 2018 I created my seminar "Mindfulness-Office yoga" that i present since then in high company executives as a seminar speaker in order to help people reduce stress, learn their body and its functions and take more control of their everyday lives. It is exciting to see how this really affects people.
