Fully qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga (NVQ Level 4 Teaching Diploma) Susie Wonfor offers weekly classes to all levels of student, in a style which combines a traditional hatha yoga foundation with flow and sequencing elements. The breath is integral to the yoga practice, in which you will also learn basic breathing techniques, relaxation and over time, pranayama and meditation. Susie likes to explore specific postures more deeply, allowing you to confidently develop a home practice. The class caters for complete beginners who work with a safe and foundational practice, whilst offering deeper and more advanced posture work to the more experienced. Susie asks for completion of a basic health questionnaire before beginning the class, so she can factor in any health issues and ensure you both benefit from your practice and can work safely.
