I teach Hatha (Vinyasa Flow) and Yin Yoga styles. My sessions are aimed at beginner or intermediates. I try and make the sessions fun and relaxing but at the same time you should come away feeling as if you have worked your muscles. Balancing Yang (Hatha) with Yin yoga is something that I’m very interested in. My intention is to share my love and passion for the different styles of yoga that I have studied, to make you feel stronger, stretched and relaxed and introducing elements of mindfulness and mediation too. Practising myself most days I realise just how powerful yoga is to maintaining mind, body and soul.
