I trained at the International Centre for Yoga Education and Research ICYER, India in 2006. I have completed almost 3000 hours of training in a very authentic classical style of Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga also known as Gitananda Yoga.
Without Yoga for me my life has little meaning, it is everything to me! I feel blessed to have found this pure path of Yoga and try to evolve day by day on the Yoga path.
I run a Yoga Teacher training ashram with my husband Yogachariya Jnandev in Wales UK with our 3 beautiful sons!

Very sincere and true to heart seeker

Deepika brings to her teachings great love and sincerity. She and Jnanadev have begun a big task of establishing an ashram in line with the Yoga tradition and i am sure they will be a beckon light for so many in time to come. It is especially pleasing to see the way their children are being brought up in the traditional ashram living and this portends great things for the future.
