After I took my first yoga class, tired and stiff from the corporate 9 to 5, I was hooked on the way I felt—more grounded, happier, stronger and healthier. I knew right away that I wanted to share my experience with as many people as possible and enrolled in a E-RYT 200 hour teacher training. Since then I am devoted to Yoga as a lifestyle that you can take with you in all aspects of your life.
