Yoga has been a big part of my life threw the years of practice explored various styles of Yoga it has and is my life savior. I have learned that teaching is my way of staying connected to the world and to undestand why we are here and who we are has a body.

My style of teaching is guided by my intuition. My aim is to invite students to explore physical awareness by opening up channels so they feel energised replenished renewed, with the help of the breath, meditation,chanting,physical alignment, toning inner organs and (core) muscle,relaxation by learning to listen to ones body creating union with self and the world.
