Yvette Jain inspires and empowers those around her in their physical transformation and spiritual journey. Her philosophy: be true to yourself, do your best, and have fun!
She teaches a challenging & uplifting power yoga flow, based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga method. Yvette emphasizes the connection between the mind & body through breath in the vinyasa “flow” and leads students to move through resistance with authenticity. She believes that yoga is a path of self-discovery and motivates her students to work to their potential and find new possibilities of strength, flexibility & balance, while encouraging them to use their intuition and adapt the practice for their body. Most importantly, she encourages her students to awaken to their personal power so that they are ready to make a positive impact on their lives off the mat. Yvette also offers group guided meditation classes and one-on-one restorative yoga and prenatal yoga sessions.

She is also certified to teach Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. Yvette is filled with love and gratitude for all her teachers who have passed on their wisdom and guidance.
