I am a Yoga teacher from Germany and completed my training in Sivananda yoga in an ashram in India 2012. My style of teaching includes a great variety of approaches with special attention on the individual needs of my participants. I especially focus on deep relaxation, meditation, gentle and deep movement. In my classes i accommodate newcomers as well as advanced participants.
I also offer individual sessions focusing on special teach in English and German.
