I'm an Assistant Golf Professional at Tallgrass Country Club. Golf lead me to yoga, I was looking for an exercise that would build flexibility and strength. I tried a vinyasa yoga class and have been hooked ever since. Yoga provides a challenge and builds full body awareness, core strength, mental focus, and control of the breath.
