My mother brought yoga to my family when I was a child as a means to help us learn to connect our mental, spiritual, and physical selves. As an adult, yoga has become an increasingly important part of my life. Now I'm a writer, teacher, parent, and seeker who finds joy in helping others discover and advance their own yoga journeys. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yogi, I will develop a plan specific to your goals and provide the guidance to help you achieve them. I am available for individual, small group, or large classes.
