I've travelled to many places but the greatest has been travelling within. Learning to be calm. Learning to hear my body. Learning to be at ease. I now find my biggest joy in helping us find peace, healing and the tools to get along with others at work, and at home.
My styles include dance meditation, art meditation, yogic sleep, chants, matras, forest/river classes and talk therapy.
