I love yoga. I love the sense of physical and emotional release that we experience when we do a practice and I love imparting that to my students when I teach. The sense of poise, presence, certainty and centredness is why I teach. So that you get to carry around throughout your day.
I have a background in dance, psychology and life coaching, and yoga is a great way to combine them. We lock our stories and our histories in our body and by breathing and moving consciously we allow them out. We release our history to make space for our destiny.
I've trained in various styles with some of the most renown yoga teachers of our time including Ana Forrest, Bikram Choudhury, Pritam Khalsa, and Jim Harrington.
