I started practicing yoga in 2011 when I was traveling around the world and had many different experiences of all kinds of yoga.
I just loved the feeling of inner peace and clear head that I experienced after each class I went to.
At present my main inspiration is coming from the original Hatha Yoga, that focuses on comfortable poses and pranayama.
Yoga is a journey of continuous liberating experiences and yoga heals the inner world of our hearts. There is no destination but the present moment that one is experiencing. Yoga is for everyone. It is an absolute blessing to practice yoga, and I am glad and grateful that I have started my journey, and has more to learn each day.
I practice what I teach, and I teach what I practice.
