Crow Pose

Crow Pose, or in Sanskrit Kakasana (kak: 'crow', and asana: 'posture'), is an intermediate arm balance, that strengthens the arms, shoulders, and wrists. It stretches the upper back and tones the abdominal muscles. It is also known as Crane Pose (Bakasana, baka: 'crane', and asana: 'posture' ). In this asana, the hands are planted on the floor, then the shins rest upon upper arms, and the feet are lifted up.
