Firefly Pose

Tittibhasana

Firefly Pose is an advanced arm-balancing posture. One of the main focuses of this pose is the wrists. This pose strengthens the core muscles, the arms, shoulders and the legs. It stretches the back, the hamstrings, and the hips. Tittibhasana also promotes focus and balance, and improves lower body flexibility. The Sanskrit name of the pose come from tittibha: 'firefly', and asana: 'posture'.
